How long is the machine warranty time?
The warranty period for our machines is one year from the date of purchase.
Are you the original manufacturer?
Yes, we are a professional manufacturer specializing in construction machinery.
What are the terms of payment?
Normally, we accept 30% advance payment. The remaining 70% should be paid after the machine is finished, or via L/C at sight.
What is the delivery time?
Generally, production takes 3-5 days after prepayment. For urgent orders, we can expedite it to 2 days before sending it to the port.
What should we do if the machine or parts break?
You can send us a video of the issue. Our technicians will analyze the cause. If parts are broken, we will send replacements by sea or air. We also recommend purchasing common accessories for your local environment.
Can the machine use our own company trademark?
Yes, we support OEM services and can use your company’s trademark on the machinery.
